If your product develops a fault, our warranty covers repair or replacement within the guarantee periods listed below.

Activate your extended warranty by registering your product here within 14 days of purchase. You'll need valid proof of purchase from a recognized retailer to verify your extended warranty period.

We’re extremely proud of our Perfect Pass Keratin counter tool and are confident you'll love them from the first use. That's why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you need to return a product purchased from www.winamor.com.au, rest assured you're covered by our 30-day hassle-free guarantee.

IMPORTANT POLICY NOTES:

All returned products must be unmarked and undamaged, including the original packaging.

Any Winamor gifts with your purchase must also be returned unmarked and undamaged for a full refund.

We aim to process returns within 21 working days of receipt.

Exchanges are not available, and return postage is your responsibility.

If returning a styling set containing two products within the 30-day period, please provide details of one item but return both in the package.

 

Faulty Returns

We take pride in the quality of our products and hope you never encounter any issues. However, if your product does develop a fault, we aim to make the returns process quick and easy.

IMPORTANT POLICY NOTES:

All Winamor products come with a warranty period as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

"In Warranty" defective products will be replaced whenever possible with a like-for-like item. Please note, the replacement product's colour may vary from the original.

In case of replacement, the warranty period does not extend and remains based on the original purchase date.

Please refrain from returning any accessories or boxes, as these are recycled upon arrival at our Service Department. Accessories include the travel case, heat guard, and product box.

Delivery
Australia
We offer FREE Express Shipping on all orders over $500 to South Australia, Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, Tasmania, Western Australia, and the Northern Territory.
For orders under $500, a $10.95 charge applies for Express postage.
Standard delivery takes 2-5 business days, while Express Postage usually ensures next business day delivery, depending on the location.
Australia Post is our preferred courier, though we may occasionally use a different service. If so, you’ll be informed in your order confirmation. For more details, check Australia Post’s Express Next Day Network.


Pre - Orders
Pre-orders have an estimated time of arrival. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, these times may vary. We are committed to keeping you informed and will provide updates should there be any changes. Thank you for your understanding and patience.


All Deliveries
Orders placed before 11am AEST Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same business day, although this may change during busy periods. After placing your order, we’ll update you on its status. Orders received after 11am, with all items available, will be dispatched the next business day.
Please note that our delivery timelines are based on business days (Monday to Friday) and exclude public holidays in both Australia and New Zealand.
